I thought Windows 10 issues with DirectX had been resolved Dxdiag reports. I've tried pasting from the system32 folder in the Rome folder. When your game is running, press the Alt and Enter keys on your keyboard at the same time to go to the windowed mode. I've set the pref file to have the same res.
It worked for a day but RTW now reports that I don't have DirectX 9 and won't start. Maybe a good idea to change the very unique thread title PCD.
